POETRY ROUND

Poetry Round is a weekly workshop where poets bring their own poetry for discussion by the group. The process of criticism is democratic with each person's contribution considered to be equal. There is no house style. Comments are made as regards the sense, aural quality, use of imagery as well as the power of the poem to move. Poets find this type of feedback useful as it enables a full and detailed response to a poem that a poet has spent a long time writing.
